Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering consultative and personalized customer service; * Assisting customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories; * Organizing and maintaining the sales environment; * Performing cash register opening and closing procedures, as well as store opening and closing; * Managing inventory, monitoring stock counts, and suggesting merchandise replenishment; * Contributing to achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements: * **Prior experience in the optical sector (mandatory);** * Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and interpersonal ease; * Organization, commitment, and proactivity; * Interest in assuming responsibilities and pursuing professional growth.
