Job description: We are looking for someone with a **consultative profile, premium attitude, technical mastery, and energy to delight customers**. * CLT employment regime * Completed high school education * Retail experience * ***Preferred***: **experience in the beauty industry** * *Availability to work shopping mall hours.* * *Results-oriented and communicative profile.* **Main responsibilities:** * Provide **exclusive and consultative service**, identifying each customer's profile and preferences. * Demonstrate **high-level technical knowledge** of fragrances, olfactory notes, olfactory families, makeup, and skincare. * Build and maintain **loyal customer relationships**, using CRM and retention strategies. * Serve as the team's **technical reference**, sharing knowledge and supporting internal training. * Apply **cross-selling, up-selling, and negotiation techniques**, ensuring an increase in average transaction value. * Contribute **insights and suggestions** to improve processes, commercial actions, and customer experience. * Support **product organization, display, pricing, and restocking**, following AN standards. * Focus on **goals and results**, driving individual and collective performance indicators. * Participate in **training sessions, events, and activations** organized by AmericaNews and partner brands.
