JOB OPENINGS FOR ATTORNEY **Requirements:** Must be duly registered as an attorney with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), hold a Category A and/or B driver's license, possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills, have experience in labor, civil, contractual, and real estate law, flexibility regarding working hours, ability to work effectively in a team, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; **Responsibilities:** Diligently perform duties entrusted as an attorney, fulfilling typical mid-level obligations—particularly those stipulated in the Statute of the Brazilian Bar Association—including collecting payments and conducting debt recovery, filing and monitoring preventive and litigious actions typical of corporate practice, attending to clients and partners, and participating in meetings and field assignments. We value transparency and respect; therefore, we hereby present the initial terms of the proposed position: * Initial fixed-term legal services agreement for 90 days, intended for evaluation of suitability, adaptability, and service delivery; * Initial monthly attorney fees of R$ 3.000,00, without deductions; * Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the attorney’s fees will be increased through mutual agreement, based on the candidate’s performance and achieved results. * If the attorney demonstrates adaptation, strong performance, and achieves results consistent with expectations prior to the expiration of the 90-day (ninety-day) period, the probationary period may be shortened to expedite full-time appointment. * Services must be rendered in person, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours; * Paid annual leave (judicial recess or mutually agreed period); * Medical insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Provided lunch; * Transportation provided for field assignments; * Success-based fees (sucumbent fees) applicable to completed work.
