Teamwork and child development We currently have an open position for a Teaching Assistant - Guided Study to work in an educational setting, supporting pedagogical development and child care. **Schedule:** 12:15 PM to 6:30 PM, with a 15-minute break, Monday through Friday. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist with pedagogical and recreational activities in the classroom; * Support children's holistic development, respecting the institution's routines and pedagogical proposals; * Supervise students during meals, hygiene, and rest periods; * Contribute to organizing the school environment and teaching materials; * Assist with monitoring student entry, exit, and movement; * Observe and report relevant situations regarding student behavior, learning, and well-being to coordination; * Ensure children's safety, physical integrity, and emotional well-being; * Support events, pedagogical projects, and extracurricular activities. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Pedagogy (mandatory); * Affinity with the educational field and teamwork; * Availability to support weekend events occasionally; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and organizational ability; * Commitment to child care and development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant - Guided Study, Classroom Assistant, or in Early Childhood Education; * Knowledge of school routines and pedagogical practices;
