Focus on customer service and problem resolution PARKING SUPERVISOR \- CURITIBA Responsibilities: * Supervise Curitiba units. * Perform financial closing. * Generate reports. * Monitor area KPIs. * Monitor employee performance. * Responsible for auditing cash register closings and deposits, * Audit daily cash movements to the headquarters finance department, * Customer service and resolution of issues inherent to unit operations, * Manage employee work schedules, shift rotations, days off, breaks, and timecard audits, Requirements: * Availability for travel, * Flexible working hours, * Leadership experience, * Intermediate computer skills. * Driver's License Category B Benefits: * Salary: $4\.050,00 (Base Salary \+ Fixed Allowances \+ Bonus) * Base Salary: $2\.900,00 \+ Fixed Allowances \= $3\.450,00 * Bonus: $600,00 per month * Transportation Voucher (VT) or Fuel Allowance (reimbursement for excess fuel consumption) * Meal Voucher \- $180,20/ per month, * Food Allowance \- $17,50/ per day * Health Insurance (after probation period) * On-site meals * Life insurance Work Schedule: * Rotating 6x1 schedule \- Monday to Saturday, Sundays off. * Working hours according to schedule (7:20\) \+ 1 hour overtime per day. * Location: Serve our units in Curitiba.
