JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the sales team, conducting daily follow-up, guidance, and team development to achieve targets * Plan and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing conversion, productivity, and performance * Act directly in sales, supporting the team in customer service and proposal finalization * Manage store processes and routines, including indicator tracking, productivity, organization, opening/closing procedures, and operational workflow * Promote the company’s financial products with excellence in approach, negotiation, and closing * Apply feedback mechanisms and performance management methodologies focused on continuous team development REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a sales leader or Commercial Supervisor * Experience in consultative selling, customer service, and negotiation of financial products * Experience in the loan segment is a plus * Ability to lead teams with focus on goals and results * Dynamic, proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills * Completed undergraduate degree * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Fixed salary * Performance bonus potentially exceeding BRL 10,000 * Meal allowance: BRL 30.00/day in cash * Transportation allowance in cash * Monthly food basket in cash * Birthday day off * Career development plan * Training programs and courses offered by the company Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: BRL 2\.300,00 \- BRL 4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
