At Aviva, we serve with passion for people; therefore, we constantly seek talents who are continuously developing, possess open minds, overcome obstacles, and contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Clean, wash, and sanitize utensils and equipment—including pots, pans, and other kitchen tools; wash and sanitize cutlery, glassware, silverware, and other items used in the dining area; clean and sanitize stoves, ovens, freezers, and refrigerators. Maintain a clean and organized workplace—including floors, walls, ceilings, and countertops. Assist in cleaning external kitchen areas such as outdoor corridors, bars, and restaurants. Deliver plates, glasses, and cutlery from the kitchen to waitstaff. Apply food safety procedures to prevent contamination of utensils, dishware, surfaces, and items contacting food—avoiding cross-contamination, chemical misuse-related intoxication, and similar issues. Store dishware, cutlery, glassware, and silverware in designated storage areas or warehouses, track items used in the dining area, and report losses due to breakage. Dispose of waste properly.
