Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas, as well as assisting in the restaurant and applying food safety standards. Here at Aviva, we serve with passion for people; therefore, we are constantly seeking talents who continuously develop themselves, possess open minds, overcome obstacles, and contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Clean, wash, and sanitize utensils and equipment—including pots, pans, and other items used in the kitchen; wash and sanitize cutlery, glassware, silverware, and other items used in the dining area; clean and sanitize stoves, ovens, freezers, and refrigerators. Keep the workplace clean and organized—including floors, walls, ceilings, and countertops. Assist in cleaning external kitchen areas such as outdoor corridors, bars, and restaurants. Deliver plates, glasses, and cutlery from the kitchen to waitstaff. Apply food safety procedures to prevent contamination of utensils, dishware, surfaces, and items that come into contact with food—avoiding cross-contamination, chemical misuse-related intoxication, and similar issues. Store dishware, cutlery, glassware, and silverware in the warehouse or appropriate location, monitor items used in the dining area, and report losses due to breakage. Properly dispose of waste.
