**What are we looking for?** We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strategic vision and a hands\-on mindset to lead initiatives driving the evolution of corporate Backoffice system architecture, supporting application modernization, technical simplification, and solution integration in complex environments. This person will directly drive the evolution of systems responsible for provisioning, billing, receivables, collections, and finance processes, bridging business needs with scalable, secure, and sustainable technological solutions. They will serve as the primary technical reference for squads, supporting activities from architecture definition through solution implementation, ensuring alignment among strategy, architecture, and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Define architectures for Backoffice systems and their integrations. * Drive the evolution of systems responsible for provisioning, billing, receivables, collections, and finance processes. * Lead technical simplification initiatives, legacy system modernization, and architectural evolution. * Support squads in the technical design of epics and complex initiatives. * Define architectural standards, best practices, and technical guidance for teams. * Collaborate closely with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and business areas. * Participate in technical forums and support architectural decision-making. * Document architectures, technical decisions, and solution workflows. * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Serve as a technical reference for teams and other architects. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Solutions Architect or Software Architect. * Strong experience in distributed system architecture and integrations. * Knowledge of REST APIs, messaging systems, and event\-driven architecture. * Experience with microservices and legacy system modernization. * Experience in Cloud environments (Azure preferred). * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. * Background in Java development or equivalent stack. * Experience with relational databases and data modeling. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. * Experience leading architectural decisions in corporate environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with corporate Backoffice systems. * Knowledge of provisioning, billing, invoicing, receivables, collections, or finance processes. * Experience integrating ERPs with corporate systems. * Experience in high\-availability and mission\-critical environments. * Knowledge of observability and monitoring. * Experience in IoT environments or integration platforms. **Work Location: Remote** **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
