The Store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the store's daily operations, ensuring compliance with service, quality, and operational efficiency standards. Acts as the liaison between the team and management, ensuring internal processes are correctly followed and targets are met. Also supports administrative management, monitors team performance, and ensures smooth operation of both the sales floor and kitchen while maintaining quality standards for customers. **Responsibilities:** Supervise daily store activities, ensuring execution of operational and service processes; Monitor and guide customer service staff and kitchen assistants, promoting a productive and collaborative work environment; Support the manager in analyzing results and achieving sales and quality targets; Manage store organization, inventory, and product display; Monitor kitchen operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and preparation time standards; Ensure compliance with internal company policies, procedures, and regulations; Perform cash register closing control and verification when required; Assist in team training and development, providing continuous feedback; Substitute for the store manager during absences, ensuring operational continuity. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and teamwork; Clear communication and empathy; Results orientation and service quality focus; Organization and sense of responsibility; Problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure. **Education:** Completed high school (mandatory); Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is considered an advantage. **Experience:** Prior experience in store supervision, team coordination, or similar roles.
