Support financial, operational management and talent development **Supervise shifts:** monitor production and sales, ensuring agility and quality for each order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor force management. **Support operational activities:** roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when needed. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, coach, and contribute to team members' growth.
