Support operational activities and organize restaurant routines **Supervise the shift:** monitor production, sales, and ensure agility and quality for every order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when needed. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, inventory checks, and daily briefings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, coach, and contribute to team growth.
