Your responsibilities here will include: * Coordinating restaurant operations during your assigned shift; * Leading, engaging, and developing the store team; * Actively supporting operational activities—rolling up your sleeves and working alongside the team; * Managing financial controls: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensuring daily operations: store opening and/or closing, sales tracking, goal management, and team meetings; * Being a role model for attitude, excellence in customer service, and commitment to results. What we’re looking for: * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability (morning and afternoon shifts); * Prior experience leading a team is a plus; * Retail experience is considered a differentiator.
