**SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PLANNING ASSISTANT** **Location: Hauer, Curitiba, PR.** **Main responsibilities:** Assist field service planners in opening service orders, applying parts, and opening and monitoring warranty processes; Collect service call data and provide information in spreadsheets (Excel or BI); Assist with customer service (phone and WhatsApp) in the absence of service planners; Place purchase requests and receive invoices (NFs) via SAP. Assist in requesting tools for field technicians. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). Experience in administrative routines. **Preferred qualifications:** Knowledge of yellow-line equipment and knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, transmission systems, and engines. **Relevant skills:** 1\.
