If you are hands\-on, possess critical thinking skills, enjoy building, proposing improvements, and growing alongside an engaged team, this role is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities** * Work as part of an agile team, autonomously delivering business-value solutions; * Design, develop, test, and evolve full-stack applications focused on Node.js (backend) and React (frontend); * Ensure code quality through engineering best practices, automated tests, and code reviews; * Conduct peer code reviews, providing constructive technical feedback; * Collaborate on defining technical solutions and evolving system architecture; * Maintain and enhance existing applications, proposing architectural improvements where appropriate; * Investigate and resolve technical issues with reasonable independence; * Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, practices, and tools; * Support and share knowledge with developers across different experience levels, including mentoring junior profiles; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing technical ideas and guidance. ### **MUST-HAVE \| Core Competencies and Skills** * Autonomous, proactive, hands\-on profile with strong team spirit; * Solid production-level experience with Node.js and React.js; * Good understanding of software architecture and development best practices; * Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (MongoDB, etc.); * Ability to write clean, readable, testable, and sustainable code; * Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong analytical and moderate-complexity technical problem-solving skills; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. ### **NICE-TO-HAVE \| Preferred Competencies and Skills** * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, SQS); * Familiarity with Docker and containerization practices; * Experience with CI/CD and Git version control; * Knowledge of monitoring and observability (e.g., Datadog); * Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.); * Understanding of event-driven architecture or Domain-Driven Design (DDD); * Interest in progressing into more senior technical roles.
