We are seeking a **Java Architecture Professional** to drive the evolution of complex distributed systems in the financial market, responsible for technical and architectural decisions—evaluating *trade-offs* related to performance, scalability, maintainability, and security—within agile *squads* using modern and innovative technologies. **As a Java Architecture Professional, you will:** * Develop and evolve highly complex systems with direct impact on the financial market; * Support technical and strategic decisions by assessing risks and impacts of solutions regarding performance, scalability, maintainability, and other technical aspects; * Produce and maintain architectural solution documentation as needed; * Advise and guide the team in resolving technical problems and architectural challenges; * Perform detailed estimations and support work planning; * Contribute to continuous product improvement by researching new technologies and design patterns and presenting recommendations to leadership; * Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices; * Perform application *troubleshooting*, identifying and resolving failures and incidents; * Work on products that directly impact the financial market; and * Leverage cutting-edge technologies and contribute to disruptive solutions. **For this position, you must have:** * Solid experience in Java analysis and development; * Modern architectures based on microservices and APIs (REST), batch processing with high-volume data; * Containers (Kubernetes/Docker); * Sonar; * Nexus; * Test automation; * Performance testing; and * Troubleshooting with Dynatrace.
