Job Summary: Responsible for leading the franchise implementation process—from initial contact through to inauguration validation—with remote monitoring and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Full guidance and support throughout the franchise implementation process 2. Monitoring of store schedules, construction progress, and documentation 3. Liaison with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues * Initiate the implementation process with the new franchisee via telephone contact and define next steps; * Send and present the implementation manual—including all process stages—to the new franchisee; * Guide and support the new franchisee in meeting the franchisor's standards; * Monitor all physical store schedule milestones, tracking construction progress remotely; * Monitor and organize required documentation for implementation; * Complete construction and visual communication checklists; * Update implementation progress information in the designated tool to ensure overall schedule control; * Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments; * Monitor equipment and visual communication delivery in alignment with all implementation stages; * Validate construction milestones and readiness for inauguration; * Update implementation status controls and reports; * Identify risks of delay and proactively address issues.
