Hands-on profile with autonomy and close proximity to operations **Financial Analyst (Retail/Store Operations Focus)** We are looking for a professional to join our finance team with a focus on store operations, supporting financial management and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data across group units. We seek a practical, organized individual who enjoys working with day-to-day operational data. **Key Responsibilities** * Reconcile store sales (POS), internal systems, and bank statements; * Monitor revenues, costs, and expenses of units; * Support monthly financial closing and preparation of reports (P&L, expenses, etc.); * Control and verify invoices, supporting basic tax processes; * Collaborate with external accounting firms by submitting documents and tracking deadlines; * Support inventory and consumables usage control; * Generate data and reports for store performance analysis; * Provide support for routine financial tasks as required by operations. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance (ideally in retail, stores, or food service); * Basic knowledge of tax processes (NF-e, NFS-e, taxes); * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level); * Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong analytical skills; * Ability to work autonomously and maintain close contact with operations; * Basic English for reading and workplace communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing multiple units or store networks; * Experience in inventory and cost control; * Experience liaising with accounting firms; * Experience in food service or franchise companies. **Profile We Seek** A hands-on professional who enjoys understanding operational numbers and can easily navigate between finance, stores, and accounting.
