




Job Summary: We are seeking a graphic/visual communication designer to develop graphic materials, support marketing efforts, and ensure brand visual consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Description: What we seek in you: * Completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Proficiency in major design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); * Knowledge of digital design, composition, typography, and branding; * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; * Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain visual quality; * Creativity focused on results, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensibility; * Proactivity and eagerness to continuously learn. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience at an agency, startup, or companies in tourism/hospitality sectors; * Strategic perspective on branding, visual identity, and consumer behavior. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Develop graphic materials for online and offline campaigns, including social media posts, emails, banners, advertisements, presentations, and printed collateral. * Support the Marketing team on social media, visual identity, and internal communications requests. * Adapt and extend layouts from national and institutional campaigns to suit various formats and channels. * Ensure visual consistency of the GAV Resorts brand across all platforms and produced materials. * Collaborate with the creative team in conceptualizing and developing new ideas, concepts, and visual solutions. * Assist in organizing and maintaining the institutional image bank, icons, and templates. 2512120202501916114
