To achieve this, we have a Diversity Committee operating across four pillars: Persons with Disabilities (PCD), Ethnic-Racial, Women, and LGBTQIAP+, and we are also part of MOVER — Movement for Racial Equity. **Responsibilities** * Work with stakeholders to translate their data visualization and analytics requirements into comprehensive Business Requirements documents. * Develop initial dashboard prototypes to align expectations and facilitate iterative feedback. * Conduct thorough analyses of data sources, designing end-to-end comprehensive data processing logic. * Develop and maintain interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and reports. * Work with Alteryx for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytics, ensuring data integrity throughout the ETL process. * Validate the accuracy and integrity of data used in Tableau dashboards, ensuring reliable insights. * Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including code and design reviews, to ensure delivery of high-quality software and solutions. * Optimize Tableau dashboards, ensuring efficient data retrieval and a seamless user experience. Ensure Data and Analytics products are optimized for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, meeting and exceeding required standards and expectations. * Develop training and ongoing support for end users, empowering them to effectively use Tableau dashboards. * Work extensively with internal and external Mondelez teams, including architects, scheduling teams, data source owners, and business analysts, playing a leadership role in managing projects for new implementations and enhancements. * Participate in DevOps initiatives, implementing best practices in cloud-based development, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and error-free operations. * Maintain the highest standards of security and compliance across all solutions. * Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing products, ensuring optimal functionality. * Stay current with Mondelēz’s latest architecture standards and guidelines. **Requirements** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English. * Solid experience developing dashboards in Tableau, combined with proficiency in Alteryx. * Proven experience optimizing Tableau dashboard performance. * Familiarity with SAP/HANA as a data source, along with experience working with various other data sources and relational databases. * Intermediate SQL knowledge. Python (desirable). * Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation. Project Management: * Demonstrated ability to estimate, plan, and document projects, including creation of High-Level Design and Technical Design documents. * Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira. * Demonstrated ability to own and lead projects end-to-end. Scrum Master certification (desirable). * Completed undergraduate degree. * Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated analytical thinking capability. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with internal and external partners.
