ABOUT THE TEAM Our MarTech team is responsible for transforming technology, data, and experimentation into a predictable and sustainable growth engine. Responsibilities and Duties #### **Backend Development with Golang** * Architect and develop scalable microservices using Golang. * Design and maintain RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs, ensuring quality and security standards. * Efficiently apply concurrency in Golang using Goroutines, Channels, Mutex, and WaitGroups. * Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect). * Develop resilient and highly available solutions, preventing failures via circuit breakers, retries, and timeouts. #### **Marketing Integration and Automation** * Develop and integrate solutions across MarTech platforms, CDPs (Segment, mParticle, etc.), and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot). * Connect analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Mixpanel to internal systems. * Build automations for personalized marketing campaigns and A/B tests. #### **Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cloud** * Work with messaging systems like Apache Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS. * Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB databases. * Configure and maintain AWS services (Route53, CloudFront, Lambda, S3, ECS). * Apply Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. * Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins. #### **Observability, Performance, and Security** * Implement distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or Zipkin. * Monitor and optimize applications using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and CloudWatch. * Ensure backend development security practices (OWASP Top 10, IAM, Zero Trust Security). * Create robust automated tests (unit, integration, load, stress) using Golang’s testing package, Testify, and Ginkgo. #### **Quality, Collaboration, and Culture** * Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development best practices. * Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Design, Marketing). * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to internal best practices and standards. Requirements and Qualifications REQUIRED * Solid backend development experience with Golang. * Proficiency in Golang concurrency and code optimization. * Experience with microservice architecture and event-driven systems. * Development of RESTful and GraphQL APIs following best practices. * Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). * Advanced knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable infrastructure. * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS/SNS). * Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins). * Ability to monitor and observe systems using Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch. * Knowledge of API security practices and vulnerability prevention. DESIRABLE * Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, mParticle, Lytics. * Experience with gRPC. * Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). * Experience with Data Streaming (Apache Flink, AWS Kinesis, Pulsar). * Knowledge of Graph Databases and modeling for personalized recommendations. * Experience with WebAssembly (WASM) for secure backend code execution. * Experience developing Java applications with Spring.
