Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role is a software developer with experience in .NET coding. The professional is expected to design, develop, and implement new features for small- to medium-scale internal production applications (ETL, BPM, BI, and web applications), as well as provide Level 3 active support for them. The candidate must be comfortable working closely with other team developers and business partners to gather requirements and feedback, propose solutions, and coordinate changes. Part of the role will focus on consolidating/managing pipelines across multiple teams—locally and globally—analyzing impacts to ensure delivery quality, performing regression testing to prevent production issues, managing inter-project dependencies, and overseeing release/scheduling activities. The individual will be responsible for maintaining critical processes, debugging issues reported by application users, resolving confirmed bugs in production environments, fulfilling audit/regulatory requests, migrating technologies no longer permitted by the bank (NPT), implementing mandatory internal/external changes, keeping support documentation up to date, conducting annual technology architecture reviews, and coordinating code change schedules. Responsibilities * Provide support for operational applications in Brazil and contribute enhancements/corrections to improve user experience, support efficiency, and processing performance; * Capture knowledge and requirements for technology initiatives aligned with business needs; * Reduce technology complexity and improve data quality; * Develop new products using local/global platforms; * Enhance automation to enable a more streamlined processing environment; * Support internal teams with technical and business expertise when required; * Propose innovative IT solutions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and robustness, propose innovative IT solutions to ensure an efficient, effective, robust, centralized, and scalable target operating model for performance management within the bank; Key Skills and Requirements * More than 5 years of experience in a business-oriented IT role; \- .NET \- 3 years of experience working in a production environment, including delivering and supporting a software product. * ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC. Dev Express Framework; * Proficiency in other programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala; * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, Sybase, Oracle, etc.). * Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), BPM (Business Process Management), and BI (Business Intelligence) techniques; * Exposure to Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies; * Familiarity with data science techniques (machine learning); * Knowledge of investment products (fixed income, swaps and derivatives; foreign exchange contracts); * Practical mindset and ownership of issues to ensure follow-up; * Experience designing and architecting end-to-end application workflows.
