




**Job Function/Activity Description:** * Greet, assist, and serve customers at the counter, answering questions and recommending products; * Present purchase options, conduct sales, and operate the cash register, processing payments through various methods (cash, card, Pix); * Set up and restock products in displays, ensuring an attractive and organized presentation; * Record in-person and delivery orders (phone, WhatsApp, iFood), package products, and coordinate deliveries; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters and displays, and ensure proper hygiene standards. **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma completed; * Experience in customer service; * Knowledge of sales and cashier procedures; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Organized, quick, and detail-oriented. **Desirable Qualities:** * Good communication skills, friendliness, and courtesy in customer service; * Speed, organization, and proactivity during peak hours; * Willingness to learn and work as part of a team; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Job Objectives:** Provide customer service and support counter operations. **Residence Requirement:** Americana, Santa Barbara, Nova Odessa. **Travel Availability:** No **Working Hours:** * Monday: 11:30 AM to 6:05 PM with a 30-minute lunch and break; * Tuesday to Friday: 9:15 AM to 6:05 PM with a 1-hour lunch and break; * Saturday: 9:15 AM to 4:50 PM with a 1-hour lunch and break. **Work Location:** Americana/SP – on-site. **Benefits:** Caju Card (R$200.00 meal and food allowance – R$300.00 mobility assistance); Gympass; Commission (store target).
