Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Supervisor to manage the team, operate the cash register, control inventory, and provide customer service at a Mexican restaurant. Support in production and environment maintenance We currently have an opening for a Supervisor at a GUA.CO Mexican food restaurant unit located in the Campolim neighborhood. We seek proactive, organized individuals eager to learn and grow alongside the team. Main Responsibilities: \* Supervising servers \* Cash register opening and closing \* Inventory organization and control \* Customer service \* Production line support \* Environment cleaning and organization \* Maintenance of utensils and equipment Compensation: \* Salary: R$ 2\.433,67 Benefits: \* Monthly bonus of up to 30% of salary (up to R$ 730,10\), starting upon formal employment \* On-site meals \* Transportation allowance \* Basic food basket worth R$ 156,29 \* Banked hours (accumulated every 6 months) \* Birthday day off \* R$ 50.00 for children up to 11 years old on Children's Day \* R$ 300.00 per successfully hired referral \* R$ 100.00 if selected as "Employee of the Month" \* R$ 100.00 per year of service Immediate start Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Pay: Starting from R$2\.274,46 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Restaurant experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
