Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring children's safety and well-being, planning and implementing playful and educational activities, and maintaining an organized environment. Availability for flexible working hours **Responsibilities:** Ensure children's safety and well-being; plan and implement playful and educational activities; maintain a clean and organized space; support other operational tasks within the department as needed. **Requirements:** Preferred background in education-related fields such as Education, Pedagogy, or Leisure; prior experience in children's recreation; creativity, empathy, and proactivity; availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotating schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off; working hours from 5:00 PM to 12:55 AM. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meals provided on-site, health and dental insurance plans (upon enrollment), partnerships with educational institutions, SESC, pharmacies, driving schools, optical stores, and others.
