**Job Description:**

Support clients and their families during funeral ceremonies for any needs related to the viewing; Reserve rooms according to scheduled viewings; Conduct room inspections before and after viewings to ensure compliance and report any issues daily to the immediate supervisor; Receive the deceased in the room according to the pre-arranged reservation; Provide all necessary information to the contracting family regarding procedures occurring during the viewing period; Open the casket together with the contracting family; Assist family members and friends throughout the entire period concerning the final farewell tribute; Place and track orders with suppliers for items sold during viewings; Prepare condolence banners as needed; Deliver, monitor, and, if required, act upon customer satisfaction surveys; Notify the funeral agent to open the gate to initiate the procession and burial; Assist the funeral agent in closing the casket; Conduct tributes involving petal showers and music, per the client’s prior contractual request; Verify room readiness, close the gate, and request environmental cleaning; Check completion of the daily restroom cleaning log; Perform cash register entries and closing procedures; Report any incidents occurring during the shift to the immediate supervisor; Assist the immediate supervisor in managing viewing supplies—including coffee preparation, disposables, and cleaning materials—to prevent shortages; Conduct shift handover to ensure continuity of human-centered service; Maintain a clean and appropriate work environment for performing job duties; Assist with other tasks related to the role, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
