Job Summary:
Control the entry and exit of people and goods, provide information, receive visitors, and answer telephone calls for administrative support.

Control the entry and exit of people or goods at CAIXA buildings;
* Provide information regarding the location of CAIXA units;
* Receive individuals, whether CAIXA employees or not, identifying them to provide information, schedule interviews, take messages, and direct them to the requested persons or departments;
* Record visits and answered phone calls, noting personal and commercial data of clients or visitors to enable daily service tracking;
* Attend to visitors or clients by inquiring about their intentions, then providing information as requested;
* Receive people at various events—such as courses, lectures, seminars, and meetings—organized by CAIXA or under its management, treating participants courteously, indicating venues for activities, and providing requested information;
* Prepare physical facilities and infrastructure for events, including contact coordination/confirmation, per guidance from CAIXA’s event promotion department;
* Answer telephone calls to provide information and take messages;
* Perform limited-scope office tasks
Requirements:
Completed high school; Receptionist training course; Computer literacy course
