




Organize, supervise, and control the routines and services of the reception department. Provide information regarding night audit, cash closing, and resolution of pending accounts. Maintain contact with other departments to resolve various matters related to the area. Lead, train, and motivate the team to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and delivery of high-quality service. Conflict management and interpersonal skills. Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Knowledge of team and time management. Experience with CMNET system.
