Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and executing procurement activities, developing suppliers, and negotiating to ensure acquisition of products and services with optimal cost-effectiveness. Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking Main Responsibilities: * Plan and execute procurement of materials, products, and services. * Research and develop suppliers. * Request and analyze quotations and proposals. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and delivery conditions. * Issue purchase orders and track the process through to delivery. * Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial agreements. * Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Evaluate supplier performance (quality, timeliness, and cost). * Operate in accordance with internal policies and legal regulations. Job Objective: Ensure acquisition of products and services with optimal cost-effectiveness, quality, and timeliness, contributing to the company's operational and financial efficiency.
