**Job Opening for Psychologist** **Description** We are seeking a psychologist to join our institution, delivering socio-assistance activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, and autism (including children aged 4 years and older), as well as providing support and follow-up to their families through individual and group sessions. **Responsibilities** * Deliver socio-assistance activities for people with disabilities and their families; * Facilitate discussion circles, social interaction groups, psychological support, and conflict mediation; * Develop plans and reports; * Monitor users' progress; * Conduct home visits; * Assist in the operationalization of the Supported Employment Program by mediating between employers and individuals with disabilities; * Collaborate integrally with the multidisciplinary team to promote users' inclusion and autonomy. **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology; * Active CRP (Psychology Registration Council) license; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of the National Social Assistance Policy; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Empathy and strong communication skills; * Ethical, responsible, and courteous conduct; * Prior experience working with people with disabilities is a plus
