Responsibilities: * Present brand products with attitude and elegance, making customers fall in love at first contact. * Keep the territory clean, organized, and compliant with standards. * Restock products strategically, respecting the planogram and maximizing fragrance visibility. * Apply merchandising materials accurately and with impact. * Document execution with photos and submit reports as stipulated in the SPARTANA discipline. * Monitor the field: conduct price surveys and competitor analysis, and track special promotions. * Cultivate relationships with store managers and earn shelf space through respect and strong brand presence. * Support activations, product launches, and events as if holding the flag high in the midst of battle.
