Job Summary: Production assistant to perform loading and unloading, boxing, hygiene and sanitation, processing of beef and pork cuts, ground meat, sun-dried beef, jerked beef, charque, and packaging separation. Opportunity for candidates with prior experience in loading and unloading **Production Assistant** **Requirements:** Completed elementary or high school education Prior experience in loading and unloading is a plus **Responsibilities:** Loading and unloading, boxing, hygiene and sanitation of process areas; processing of frozen beef and pork cuts; processing of ground meat; processing of traditional and desalted sun-dried beef; jerked beef; charque; and all related processes; separation of primary and secondary packaging for recycling. Benefits: Salary: R$1\.735,25 Meal Allowance: R$15.00 per day. Transportation Allowance: R$10.80 per day.
