Join us!** **Responsibilities and Activities** ---------------------------------- Responsible for ensuring effective planning, execution, control, and monitoring of projects, guaranteeing the achievement of the company's established quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders, ensuring technical and economic alignment of projects throughout the entire development and Serial Life cycle. Key responsibilities: * Manage project schedules, investments, and KPIs; * Monitor project expenses, budget, forecast, and financial performance; * Track costs, profitability, and opportunities for economic optimization; * Perform Actual vs Budget control and comparison, proposing action plans when necessary; * Support decision-making through financial and strategic analyses; * Ensure alignment among Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders; * Monitor project-related risks and opportunities; * Participate in executive meetings for project performance tracking and validation; * Support activities related to product development, industrialization, and Serial Life in the automotive sector. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Advanced Excel; * Advanced PowerPoint; * Experience in the automotive sector; * Experience in project management; * Experience in financial project control (budget, forecast, investments, and costs); * Intermediate/advanced English. **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Experience with Serial Life; * Knowledge of automotive logistics and supply chain; * Experience in CAPEX/OPEX management; * Experience in tracking financial KPIs and performance indicators; * Knowledge of project management methodologies; * Analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills for engaging global stakeholders. **What We Offer** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
