If you believe technology should empower people, collaboration should strengthen markets, and there’s always a next level to reach—explore our opportunities and help us build the future of the digital market. ### **About the role:** As a Platform Engineer at Hubla, you’ll be responsible for building, evolving, and scaling the internal platform that supports software development across the company—making engineering teams’ work faster, safer, more reliable, and more efficient—as well as managing the company’s entire infrastructure. Your focus won’t be on infrastructure alone, but on building internal products, tools, and abstractions that improve the day-to-day development experience for Hubla’s engineers. This includes working on topics such as Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, observability, automation, environments, deployment experience, process standardization, and evolution of our Internal Development Platform (IDP). We’re looking for someone with strong technical capability, systemic thinking, and a product mindset applied to platform engineering. We expect you to identify real bottlenecks faced by engineering teams, translate those problems into scalable solutions, and help lay the foundation for Hubla’s engineering growth over the coming years. More than maintaining pipelines or operating infrastructure, we want someone who can build reusable solutions with strong usability for internal teams—and who collaborates closely with product engineering to reduce friction, accelerate development cycles, and increase operational reliability. This is a role with significant technical influence. We seek a highly senior candidate capable of leading critical initiatives, actively participating in architectural decisions, driving end-to-end platform projects, and helping disseminate context, best practices, and technical direction to future platform engineers joining Hubla.
