**PIZZA MAKER POSITION – SANTA LUCIA REGION** **We are looking for a committed individual to join our team and who is passionate about their work at our pizzeria in the Santa Lúcia / São Bento area (BH).** **If you value high-quality work and strict organization, this position is for you!** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Technical dough preparation for events and frozen product lines. * Operation of specialized equipment for dough rolling, cheese grating, and ingredient processing. * Full process: rolling, pre-baking, and packaging pizzas with emphasis on standardization. * Detailed pre-preparation and technical assembly of pizza flavors, focusing on speed and standardization for delivery operations. * Precise portioning of ingredients using rigorous weighing and labeling. * Organization of materials and ingredients to be transported to external events. * Technical cleaning and maintenance of ovens and sector equipment. * Ensuring support infrastructure is ready to ensure field team success. * Ensuring each pizza leaves with impeccable presentation, applying precise toppings and cuts per standards. * Maintaining strict organization and cleanliness of the workbench. * Performing cleaning and maintenance of ovens and other utensils after operation ends. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** * **Commitment and Dedication: Someone who understands the importance of each production stage.** * **Familiarity with dough mixers, dough rollers, and processors is desirable.** * **Organization and discipline regarding weighing, portioning, and hygiene.** * **Location: Easy access to the Santa Lúcia / São Bento area.** **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 initially + R$ 100,00 bonus. * **On-site meals** * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT) + Dental and Medical Plans. * **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with a 1-hour break. * **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (days off on Mondays and one Sunday per month). **WANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM?** Send your resume now to: **WhatsApp:** (31) 98443-5698 Rosana Compensation: starting from R$1.518,00 per month Work location: On-site
