Location: Leblon/RJ **Main responsibilities:** * Hand-stretch pizza dough * Produce and prepare filling ingredients * Assemble and finish pizzas * Organize and clean the work area * Monitor and identify food labels **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a **pizzaiolo** * Knowledge of dough preparation and pizza flavors * Knowledge of **food hygiene and safety standards** **Expected profile:** Punctuality, organization, commitment, good communication skills, and sense of priority.
