If this way of working resonates with you, come join our team. **What you’ll do:** * Provide technical mentorship and support team development; * Lead technical refinements and solution design guidance; * Coordinate team tasks and tactical workflow; * Collaborate with the Product Owner on prioritizing and preparing new requirements; * Ensure solutions align with functional and non-functional requirements; * Support the team in resolving technical impediments; * Actively participate in the Tech Leads Chapter; * Analyze product technical health metrics; * Create low-level technical designs (C3 and C4\) and support high-level ones (C1 and C2\); * Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices; * Conduct code reviews and promote technical quality; * Identify and mitigate technical risks; * Plan and monitor production deployments; * Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents; * Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. **What we’re looking for:** * Strong experience in Android development; * Proficiency in scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions; * Experience designing technical solutions and C3/C4 diagrams; * Solid knowledge of: + Clean Code + Design Patterns + Code Review + REST APIs + Version Control + Authentication + Decoupling * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native technologies; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated pipelines; * Experience with automated testing, telemetry, logging, metrics, and tracing; * Knowledge of change management and deployment; * Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving critical incidents; * Experience in agile environments and collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience serving as a Tech Lead; * Strong background in observability and quality assurance; * Experience in highly critical environments. **Where you’ll work:** * This is a fully remote position. **Hiring models** * CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Cooperative **Benefits of being a Zallper:** Meal/Voucher Card CAJU multi-benefit card in credit format, offering daily flexibility.
