This person will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of desserts, cakes, breads, and other pastry items, always adhering to technical standards and food safety requirements. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing pastry and baking recipes. * Support organization of mise en place. * Correctly follow food preparation and storage techniques. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace. * Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Verify the quality and expiration dates of ingredients used. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Gastronomy, Pastry, or related programs. * Prior experience in pastry or baking. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety. * Interest in professional development within this field. * Availability to work morning shifts on a 6 days on, 1 day off schedule.
