Teamwork and focus on quality We are seeking a Pastry Assistant to support the production of artisanal sweets and cakes in our workshop. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with a genuine interest in learning and growing in the pastry field. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in producing sweets, cakes, and fillings according to house standards * Support ingredient preparation (weighing, organizing, and sorting) * Perform simple assembly and finalization of products * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, utensils, and equipment * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations * Support inventory organization and supply control * Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards Requirements: * • Completed high school education * • Interest in the pastry field * • Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility * • Ability to work in a team * • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures \* * Preferences (not mandatory): * • Prior experience in pastry, bakery, or kitchen settings * • Courses in gastronomy or pastry arts Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
