Participate in the development of new products and the production process Pastry Assistant – Jundiaí/SP Bolinhas de Amor Brigaderia, a specialty confectionery focused on gourmet brigadeiros, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastry Assistant who loves creating enchanting sweets. Main Responsibilities: Assist in the production and decoration of confections and desserts, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation; Work with high-quality ingredients, always prioritizing flavor and sensory experience; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; Participate in the development of new products and monitor the production process with a focus on excellence and delight. Requirements: Previous experience in pastry (desirable but not mandatory); Passion for the field and eagerness to create memorable experiences; Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills; Ability to work well in a team. Work Schedule (6-day rotation schedule, including Sundays): 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM Fixed day off on Mondays.
