Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. **Baker** **Responsibilities** * Bake and ferment products daily; * Mix and prepare doughs for bread, baguettes, focaccias, puff pastries, and other items; * Assist in pre-production (mise en place) and production of menu items according to company standards and technical sheets; * Clean utensils, ovens, and work surfaces; * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Organize inventory; * Conduct inventory counts; * Store ingredients, products, and utensils properly; **Skills** * Proven experience in bakery or confectionery; * Interest in baking; * Knowledge of the good practices manual; * Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; * Organization and cleanliness **Job Description and Responsibilities** The baker must bake and ferment required products daily. They must also mix doughs and finish products such as bread, baguettes, focaccias, various puff pastries, and other items. They will also be partially responsible for preparing savory and sweet creams used to finish products. This person must always maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with the good practices manual. They must also have thorough knowledge of our recipes and processes.
