**In our team, you will be** responsible for ensuring a prevention culture at construction sites, leading Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and legal or SGI-related training. You will work directly on-site, conducting thorough inspections, authorizing critical activities (working at heights, load handling, and confined spaces), and implementing work stoppages in cases of imminent risk. In addition to fieldwork, you will manage the entire documentation process—from implementing the PCMAT and controlling PPE distribution to organizing monthly reports, training indicators, and occupational medical examinations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Prevention and Awareness:** Deliver Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training sessions (SGI and Legal/NRs), promoting a safety culture at construction sites. * **Critical Risk Management:** Assess and authorize high-risk activities, including work at heights, confined space entry, and load handling. * **Inspection and Compliance:** Conduct regular site inspections and issue work stoppage notices or formal notifications in cases of imminent risk. * **Documentation and Health Management:** Implement PCMAT actions, manage occupational medical examination workflows (ASOs), and organize the physical site documentation archive. * **Input Control and Performance Indicators:** Manage PPE distribution and records, as well as consolidate monthly reports and trained-hours indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months’ experience (preferably on civil and electromechanical construction sites). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in NRs (especially NR-10, NR-18, and NR-35), Labor Legislation, and Risk Prevention. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Profile:** Strong negotiation skills, proactivity, and the ability to make decisions under pressure, with full attention to detail and safety. **Additional Information** **Your career at full power: build the infrastructure that powers Brazil.** Looking at an energized substation or a transmission line cutting across the horizon is not just seeing steel and cables—it is seeing industries operating, cities illuminated, and the future arriving where nothing existed before.
