Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer medications and vaccines according to medical prescriptions and the adult vaccination schedule, following each unit’s protocols. * Apply oxygen therapy or nebulization per medical prescription, adhering to established technical standards and regulations. * Assist in health promotion and prevention activities and events under nursing supervision, disseminating essential information and encouraging health initiatives. * Report individual and collective health risks, implementing epidemiological surveillance actions aimed at reducing morbidity and mortality and controlling transmissible diseases, in coordination with healthcare teams and according to unit protocols and procedures. * Assist nurses in performing invasive procedures and direct patient nursing care, complying with established technical standards and norms. * Collect biological specimens per medical request, following technical standards and regulations to ensure safe and effective procedures. * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments and equipment, including restocking, conservation, preparation, storage, and maintenance, in accordance with technical standards. Participate in patient safety teams and carry out assigned tasks. * Isolate patients suspected of or confirmed to have transmissible diseases, following established process standards and regulations. * Observe, recognize, and document signs and symptoms within the scope of one’s qualifications; monitor and control vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to the nurse. * Support units and/or departments regarding workflow and processes, disseminating essential information. * Stock examination rooms with appropriate materials and equipment for nursing care, aligned with individual patient needs as outlined in the nursing care plan developed by the nurse. * Prepare patients for consultations, examinations, and treatments to ensure optimal conditions for the procedure. * Provide hygiene and comfort care to patients, following established protocols and schedules. * Inspect external emergency supplies to ensure their availability and usability. * Perform technical nursing procedures, examinations, and/or vaccinations per nurse guidance and medical prescriptions, both within the unit and in external settings, following unit routines and protocols. * Comply with standard operating procedures related to one’s responsibilities. * Participate in official institutional training programs when requested, supporting continuous development and improvement of both procedures and quality. * Provide humane patient care, applying professional techniques and knowledge ethically and respectfully, aiming for effective resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Completed Nursing Assistant course; * Active COREN/SP registration. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Rua Ipiranga, 870 \- Centro, Piracicaba \- SP. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM\. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Childcare Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Outpatient and Dental Care\-SP **Partnerships** * Education/University Incentives * Pharmacies * SESC Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo—is a non-profit, philanthropic organization founded in March 1964 by a group of construction-sector entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families.
