. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Act as technical leader of a squad in a fintech; * Define solution architecture for the credit engine project; * Lead new platform implementations; * Develop high-quality, scalable backend solutions; * Provide technical leadership within an agile structure, promoting best practices; * Lead resolution of complex problems, including solution research and technical validations with the team; * Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) to validate software architectures; * Implement microservices and complete components, including instrumentation and deployment in cloud environments (AWS); * Promote use of AI tools to accelerate deliveries and increase team productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Node.js development expert; * Experience in technical leadership within agile environments; * Advanced experience in problem solving and technical solution validation; * Experience with frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or NestJS (NestJS preferred); * Advanced experience in event-driven architecture; * Practical and advanced AWS experience; * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; * Knowledge of design patterns and best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS); * Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code quality analysis (e.g., SonarQube); * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, etc.); * Experience building and consuming REST APIs; * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform in development and production environments; * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Amazon SQS and/or RabbitMQ); * Advanced experience using GitHub; * Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; * Experience with AI tools for productivity enhancement (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.); * Java development experience (a plus); * Experience with Generative AI and autonomous agents (a plus).
