Responsibilities: * Receive restaurant orders from the food court via mobile app * Collect orders directly from restaurant counters * Verify and organize order items * Dispatch orders to assigned motorcycle couriers * Use mobile app for order tracking and management * Support efficient order flow organization Mandatory Requirements: * Experience with food delivery apps (iFood, Keeta, or similar) or experience in fast food / order operations * Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile apps * Agility and strong communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail during order verification * Ability to handle high-volume order processing Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 1,830.00/month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Lunch Voucher * Transportation Voucher Selection Question(s): * Please provide your ZIP code Work Location: On-site
