Merchandising Analyst

Description

Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring audits in new projects, showroom renovations, and points of sale, aiming to ensure compliance with established standards and guarantee effective brand promotion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Proven experience in commercial projects, especially showrooms, points of sale, and retail stores. * Experience in commercial renovations, including layout analysis, material selection, lighting, and furniture. * Proficiency in modeling and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion. * Knowledge of urban planning legislation and technical standards applicable to commercial renovations. * Ability to prepare descriptive memoranda, specification manuals, and technical reports. * Experience in visual merchandising and interior design for commercial environments.
