Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and forwarding orders from food court restaurants using mobile applications. Requires agility, good communication skills, and organizational ability | FOOD COURT (SHOPPING MALL) Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Shift Schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off Benefits: Meal Allowance: BRL 144.68/month Food Voucher: BRL 20.76 per day Transportation Voucher On-site work in the food court of a shopping mall — 100% indoor operation (not delivery). Responsibilities: * Receive orders from food court restaurants via mobile application * Collect orders directly from restaurant counters * Verify and organize order items * Forward orders to motorcycle couriers responsible for delivery * Use mobile application on smartphone for order tracking and management * Support the organization of order flow Mandatory Requirements: * Experience with food delivery applications (iFood, Keeta, or similar) or experience in fast-food operations/order handling * Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications * Agility and strong communication skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail when verifying orders * Ability to handle high-volume order processing Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 1,830.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
