Description
* Assists and/or performs, under supervision, preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance activities for the grinding machine and its sub-equipment at low complexity levels, such as: cleaning and re-tightening hydraulic systems, cleaning and re-tightening pneumatic systems, lubricating transmissions, cleaning and re-tightening generators, cleaning and re-tightening compressors, cleaning and re-tightening motors and general systems.
* Fill out and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, including details of the work carried out, enabling tracking of maintenance history.
* Comply with the Company's safety regulations by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Use hand tools, such as grinders, drills, surface grinders, and similar equipment.
* Be responsible for one's own safety and that of fellow workers, identifying and reporting all risks associated with task execution.
* Use tools and equipment correctly and ensure their proper storage and maintenance.
* Participate in mandatory safety training and professional development programs to enhance skills.
Academic Qualification: Technical Course: Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum six-month internship experience in mechanical maintenance.
Licenses/Certifications: Basic-level knowledge of mechanical equipment and tools.
Preferred Qualifications: NR\-12
