Register in our talent pool, and as soon as an opportunity better aligned with your profile arises, we'll contact you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Work at the Astro Food Service store in Salinas, with the following responsibilities: * Assist in achieving pre-established sales targets; * Prepare sales budgets and assist in customer prospecting, activation, and retention; * Manage managerial reports with a focus on sales; * Monitor the cash closing process and operational execution; * Assist in organizing the store's standard layout according to pre-established rules; * Evaluate individual employee profiles to better direct their talents; * Assist in internal training and team administration; * Assist in store management routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in sales and preferably in people management; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Availability to work on holidays according to rotating schedule; * Preferred: Driver's license category A and personal motorcycle. **Additional Information** **Benefits Plan:** * Meal Allowance; * Meal Card; * Fuel Card; * Quarterly bonus (based on achievement of targets); * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * Discounts on purchases within the Astral and Astro Food Service groups; * Gympass; * And others.
