Location: Sorocaba/SP Employment Type: CLT Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (lunch or dinner shift) Immediate start **Responsibilities:** * Lead the dining room team (waiters and attendants) * Ensure excellence in customer service * Organize reservations and dining room flow * Monitor service and quality standards * Support the manager in daily operations **Requirements:** * Experience as a Maitre or in dining room leadership * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational ability and leadership orientation * Flexible availability * Residence in Sorocaba or surrounding area **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-end restaurants (e.g., Parque Campolim area) * Knowledge of wines and refined service **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Tips / variable compensation * Benefits (transportation allowance, on-site meals, etc.) Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
