Description

**Main responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across all common areas of the campus, ensuring functionality and safety of facilities; * Carry out repairs to plumbing systems, including regular inspections, leak detection, and leak repairs; * Perform minor masonry repairs, such as crack repairs, tile replacement, and wall and floor repairs; * Carry out painting services, including surface preparation, application of paints and varnishes, and touch-ups in damaged areas; * Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify areas requiring attention and implement continuous improvements to facilities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in building maintenance, with knowledge of plumbing, masonry, and painting; * Certificates from relevant courses are a plus; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.800,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * High school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Plumbing and carpentry (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
